What can under 40s women do about pornographic sexual expectations?
Most men under 40 have literally grown up with pornography. Particularly among the secular population, this has led to expectations of extreme sexual practices in a relationship. It has been my experience that most ānormieā women want nothing to do with it. A desire for a natural sex life seems to be the number one problem I have heard about being an issue in marriage. Multiple partners is a base down and one that men being pushing for early on. Then it only snowballs from there. And women are shamed if they arenāt gung ho about kink. A woman who is content with standard sex is inevitably faced with accusations from her partner of being a āprudeā of being āsexually repressedā of clearly having to āwork through her feelings of shameā. In the under 40 male mind there is no other possible reason as to why she doesnāt enjoy anal sex or exhibitionism. It seems silly to have to add this, but obviously I know it isnāt ALL men. And there are certainly some women who enjoy kink. However, I do not believe it is enough of a majority in order for kinky sex to be considered an āexpectationā. My partner has literally scoffed at me and demanded to know if I thought I was āaboveā such sexual activity. But, I donāt want to hear anything about divorce.
